FRANKLIN COUNTY YOUTH FOOTBALL BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2016

Article I- NAME
Section 1:
The organization shall be known as Franklin County Youth Football, hereinafter referred to as “FCYF.”

Article II-AFFLIATION
Section 1:
FCYF shall annually apply for or renew affiliation with a League Organization comprised of other Youth Football organizations, currently the Suburban Amateur Football League, hereinafter referred to as “SAFL”.

Article III- OBJECTIVES
Section 1:
The primary objectives of FCYF are to teach football skills while imparting the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty and respect for one’s self and others and to keep the participants free from any adult personal agenda, ambition, and or glory.
Section 2:
To achieve these objectives, FCYF will provide a supervised program under the Rules and Regulations as set forth by the SAFL By-Laws, the FCYF By-laws, the FCYF Participant Handbook, and the FCYF Coaches Manual. FCYF shall operate exclusively as a non-profit educational organization providing a supervised program of competitive football.

Article IV- FCYF BY-LAWS
Section 1:
By-laws stated herein will be approved by the FCYF Executive Board of Directors by a simple majority vote. All submitted by 11/31 and voted on by 12/31
Section 2: By-laws will be reviewed bi-annually and approved In Accordance With (IAW) Article IV Section 1.

Article V – FCYF Participant Handbook
Section 1: The FCYF Participant Handbook stated herein will be approved by the FCYF Executive Board of Directors by a simple majority vote.
Section 2: The FCYF Participant Handbook will be reviewed annually and approved IAW Article V Section 1.

Article VI – FCYF Coaches Handbook
Section 1: FCYF Coaches Handbook stated herein will be approved by the FCYF Executive Board of Directors by a simple majority vote.
Section 2: The FCYF Coaches Handbook will be reviewed annually and approved IAW Article VI Section 1.

Article VII – MEMBERSHIP
Section 1: Eligibility; Any individual residing within the surrounding town that does not have an
affiliation with the SAFL or any other youth football program and see parent handbook
for any additional requirements.
(a) Participant Members: Any child meeting the requirements of FCYF, and who resides within the authorized boundaries of FCYF as set forth herein, shall be eligible for participation but shall have no rights, duties or obligations in the management or in the property of FCYF. Board of directors reserve the right to deny any membership.
(b) Regular Members: Any person upon registering their child(ren) to play in FCYF and during the term that their child(ren) remains a Participant Member is a Regular Member. Residents of the FCYF community with a demonstrated commitment to the objectives and goals of FCYF but do not have children playing in the program, or individuals with children formerly in the program may also become regular members by approval of the Board Of Directors. Regular Members are permitted to attend all Board Meetings but will not be allowed to vote. Only the Board of Directors are eligible to nominate, vote, or hold an office or any other elected or appointed position in FCYF
(c) Honorary Members: Any person may be elected as Honorary member by the unanimous vote of all Directors present at any duly held meeting of the Board of Directors but shall have no rights, duties or obligations in the management or in the property of FCYF.
(d) Sustaining Member: Any person not a Regular Member who makes financial or other contribution(s) to FCYF may by majority vote of the Board of Directors become a Sustaining Member, but such person shall have no rights, duties or obligations in the management or in the property of FCYF.

Section 2: Other Affiliations
Neither members nor their family members may actively engage in the promotion or operation of any other football/Cheer program, except for football/Cheer programs sponsored by,
FCYF, without approval of the league president.

Section 3: Suspension or Termination resulting from Violations
A complete description of the disciplinary process is outlined in the FCYF Participation Handbook. In cases of an extreme violation of required adult or youth conduct (e.g., parent or player ejection from a game by an official, physical violence by any adult, or any other action deemed by the Executive Board of Directors to be a violation of code of conduct), membership
may be terminated by voluntary resignation or by action of the Executive Board of Directors.


(a) The Executive Board of Directors, by majority vote of those present at any duly constituted meeting, shall have the authority to immediately suspend or terminate the membership of any Member, Coach, Board of Directors or participant when the conduct of such person is considered detrimental to the best interests of FCYF and/or the League. Termination of FCYF membership will endure for the remainder of the current FCYF season and subject to approval for the next FCYF season.


Section 4: Disciplinary Action among Coaching Staff

1) First Incident – The coach with a disagreement will have a discussion with the Football/Cheer director with an executive board member present. The
Complaint will then be reported to the president by written documentation
And will be signed by all present acknowledging presence and solution but
Not fault. Football director will follow up with coaches within 1 week.
2) Second Incident – Coach (A) with the disagreement with coach (B) will meet
With the executive board of directors within 1 week of report of recurring
issue where the executive board will come to a conclusion and solution to
the problem.

(a) In the absence of Board approval, all rights of any member in FCYF and its property shall cease on the termination of such membership. Termination shall not relieve the member from any obligation for charges incurred, services or benefits actually rendered, fees of assessments arising from contract or otherwise. FCYF shall retain the right to enforce any such obligation or obtain damages for its breach and any member whose membership is terminated by revocation shall have no claim against FCYF, its Board of Directors or members for any accruals that
may be alleged to exist.

(b) Any person suspended or terminated for disciplinary reasons cannot be considered for a leadership position in FCYF including, but not limited to Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Board of Directors. Termination of FCYF membership will endure for the remainder of the current FCYF season and any future additional FCYF season.

ARTICLE VI: VOTING
Section 1:
Regular Members are permitted to attend all FCYF Board Meetings but will not be allowed to vote. Only executive board members are allowed in executive session unless otherwise invited to
attend and only voting board members will be allowed to vote in that session.

Section 2:
All members of the FCYF Board of Directors are eligible to nominate, vote, and hold an office or any other elected or appointed position in FCYF. A motion will be passed based upon a majority vote.

Section 3:
The FCYF Executive Board may override a Board of Directors vote. A two-thirds majority vote of the Executive Board is required to override a Board of Directors vote. President is allowed a vote
during an executive board vote. The president is also able to request a revote with the executive
board if during any vote the outcome is less than 65%. An explanation for the override
vote will be provided within 24 hours to all board members and will be in the best
Interest of the league with no personal agenda or benefit to any members.

Section 4:
All voting members of the FCYF Board of Directors are asked to participate in the election and interview process for the next year’s board positions. Applicants must have at least 3 votes or 1/3 of the majority to win the nomination.

ARTICLE VII: FEES
Section 1:
Participant Members: a reasonable participation fee will be assessed each year to ensure the operational continuity of FCYF. It is the policy of FCYF that the inability to pay participation fees shall not keep an individual form participation in the program. A $35.00 fee will be assessed for a check returned for non-sufficient funds,

Section 2:
Scholarships: members who cannot afford to pay the participation fee shall contact the President and/or Registrar, who will take such steps as necessary to assure that the suggested fee does not prevent a player from participating in FCYF. It will be based on the need of assistance. The parents or guardians of any player that receives a scholarship, are required to volunteer extra time in program activities and will be required to participate in extra fundraising (This will be decided on a case by case basis by the president and registrar with a written agreement with the
Requesting family and a sign off signature by both the registrar and the president) Payment plan
Arrangements can also be made with the president and Registrar.

Section 3:
Refunds: Prior to equipment handouts, 100% refunds will be given upon request. Before August 8
practice, no refunds will be granted. Termination of FCYF membership due to violation of FCYF By-Laws or Participant Handbook specifically excludes any refund of fees paid. Written requests for refunds due to unusual circumstances may be submitted to the President, and will be judged on a case-by-case basis. In the event a player quits, prior to the season or before August 8th,
refund will only be granted once all equipment is turned in.


ARTICLE VIII: PLAYING RULES
Section 1:
Rules and Regulations; consistent with these By-laws FCYF will follow such rules and regulation as set forth in the SAFL By-laws, Constitution and Rules of Play Handbook, per Article 23- playing rules: Games of the SAFL will be played under amateur rules, specifically those of the latest revision of the National Collegiate Athletic Association and those rules modifications by the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association, in addition to any special rule included in these By-laws or passed by the league governing body.

Section 2:
The Coach responsible for failure to conform to the SAFL Rules of Play, FCYF bylaws and FCYF
coaches handbook is subject to discipline in accordance with the disciplinary process
outlined in the SAFL By-laws, Constitution and Rules of Play Handbook.



ARTICLE IX: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
Section 1:
The Board of Directors shall decide all matters pertaining to the finances of FCYF and shall place all monies in a common Association Treasury, directing the expenditure of same in such manner as will give no individual or team an advantage over those in competition with such individual or team.

Section 2:
The Board of Directors shall not permit the contribution of funds or property to individual teams/ leagues except where the Board of directors approved need of equipment due to financial loss or
physical loss of property.



Section 3:
The Board of Directors shall not permit the solicitation of funds in the name of FCYF unless all the funds so raised are placed in the FCYF treasury.

Section 4:
The Board of Directors shall not permit the disbursement of FCYF funds for other than the conduct of FCYF activities in accordance with the rules and policies as set forth herein.

Section 5:
No Board of Directors member shall receive any form of compensation at any time for any
reason.

Section 6:
All monies received shall be deposited to the credit of FCYF in a local bank and all disbursements shall be made by check signed by the authorized Board member.

Section 7:
The Executive Board shall approve all expenditures in excess of $100.00 for non-budgeted Items. President is allowed up to $100.00 for necessary league expenses but must provide
Receipt within 48 hours.

Section 8:
At the beginning of each season, the Board of Directors will inventory and check condition of all
equipment and supplies and will then submit a budget for the seasons expenditures. This budget
must be submitted by the April board meeting. The board of directors will approve any additional
expenditure during the season.
All supplies and equipment will be ordered and paid for by the President and/or Vice President. All items will be delivered to either the President or Vice Presidents home of residence.

Section 9:
Upon dissolution of FCYF and after all outstanding debts and claims have been satisfied, the Members shall distribute the property of FCYF to such a other federally incorporated entity maintaining any objective similar to that set forth in approved by the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE X: INSURANCE
Section 1:
The Board of Directors shall obtain yearly the two following insurances:
(a) Directors and Officers Coverage.
(b) Property insurance for all FCYF property

ARTICLE XI: BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Section 1:
Board and Number: The management of the property and affairs of FCYF shall be vested by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall be subjected to a CORI check and elected by
Majority vote and designated by the board prior to the end of the regular season. All elected
Board members will keep all league business confidential when necessary or could face
Dismissal from the board upon violation.

Section 2:
Board Membership: The Executive Board membership shall be comprised of the following elected Officers -
President, Vice-President, Secretary, Registrar, Treasurer, Cheer Director, Football Director

Other elected Board of Directors are:
Equipment Manager, Fundraiser Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator and CMT Coordinator, Sponsorship Coordinator

The FCYF President appoints and the FCYF Board of Directors approves by vote the following Non-Voting Board Member positions:
(2) Members at Large
(1) Player Safety Coach

Section 3:
Any member of the current Board of Directors shall make nomination and Election of Directors for the Executive Board. These officers will be nominated at the October meeting, elected by ballot at the November meeting, and begin their elected position stating January 1st for a period of (1) year with the exception of the President which will hold a (2) year position. ** All interested parties MUST attend the October meeting to be qualified for the nomination. Only the President can make an exception.


Section 4:
Vacancies may be filled by a majority vote of the remaining Directors due to death, resignation or otherwise at any regular or special meeting called by the President or the Vice-President.
Executive board position excluding the president and vice president seat can only be filled by a board of director member who has held a seat on the board for 1 year. President and vice president seat can only be held by an executive board member with 1 year experience on the executive board.


Section 5:
Term of office is set at (1) year. President term is set at (2) years. There shall be no limit set on the number of terms a Director may serve.

Section 6:
Meeting and Quorum notices of the Board shall be held monthly. The President may, whenever he/she deems it advisable, or the Vice President shall notify in writing to the Executive Board (3) days prior to issue a special meeting of the Board, unless it is a time sensitive matter. One third of the Executive Board shall constitute quorum.

Section 7:
Members shall be familiar with these By-laws and FCYF Participant Handbook. Each member shall devote their energies to promote the purpose of FCYF and the SAFL. Each Director shall be prepared to report on their respective area of responsibility at each Board meeting.

Section 8:
Executive sessions that deal with administrative issues will consist of The Executive Board Members only.

Section 9:
The fiscal year of FCYF shall commence on Jan 1st of each year and conclude on the last day of December in that calendar year.

Section 10:
The Board of Directors are expected to attend all FCYF meetings. For Executive board members
Upon missing (3) consecutive meetings or 3 total for the year without notifying the President,
Vice-president, or Secretary with a valid excuse, that director will be dismissed. All other
FCYF board members are expected to miss no more than 6 meetings a year with notifying a
Executive board member but will send an update to the secretary of their position responsibilities
to update the board.

Section 11:
No family member shall assist or report to another family member


ARTICLE XII: OFFICER’S DUTIES:

Section 1:
President. The President shall:
(a) Conduct all affairs of the FCYF and execute the policies established by the Board of Directors and the SAFL.
(b) Preside over all meetings of the Board of Directors as chairperson.
(c) Represent FCYF at SAFL meetings and will appoint a board member to represent the FCYF if they cannot attend
(d) Act as spokesperson with input/direction of the Board for FCYF in all matters that Board of Directors is authorized to act.
(e) Communicate to Board of Directors such matters as deemed appropriate, and make suggestions in the best welfare of FCYF.
(f) Be responsible for the conduct of FCYF in strict conformity to the Policies. Principles, Rules and Regulations of the league as set forth in the FCYF By-laws and Participant Handbook
(g) Work with Football Director on documentation of coaches applications and background checks.
(h) Make arrangements for football practices, games and scrimmages.
(i) Investigate complaints, irregularities and conditions detrimental to FCYF and report his/her finding to Board of Directors.
(j) Appoint committees as necessary to complete FCYF objectives as stated in these By-laws.
(k) The President may not hold the position of Head Coach at any level in FCYF
(l) In the event the President cannot perform his/her duties outlined above, the Vice-President shall convene a meeting of Board of Directors for the purpose of providing an interim solution
(m) The President will oversee the FCYF budget forecasting and execution
(n) Will shop for concession with another board member or assign an executive board member in
the absence of the president.
(o) Will hold the P.O Box key and Storage key
(P) Fields Parents concerns in conjunction with the VP and document per the bylaws
(q) Oversees checking account along with bookkeeper, Vice President and Treasurer.
(r) Will hold this position for a minimum of 2 years.
(s) Will not oversee any family members on the Executive Board

Vice-President. Vice-President: shall:
(a) With the assistance of the Registrar, examine the applications and support proof of age documents of every player candidate and certify residence and age eligibility before the player is accepted in FCYF
(b) Assist Sponsorship Coordinator & ensure donation letters and thank you letters are out in a timely manner.
(c) Oversee all fundraising and money collected from fundraising.
(d) Must be on fundraising committee
(e) Must submit fundraising schedule by April meeting
(f) Supervise Volunteer coordinator and Fundraising/Sponsorship coordinator.
(g) Perform such duties as are herein specifically set forth, in addition to such other duties as are customarily incidental to the office of Vice-President.
(i). Will receive funds from the Treasurer that has been collected from parents for items purchased (raffle tickets, yearbooks, sweatshirts, etc) with proper documentation – including receipt of purchase
(j) Fields Parent concerns in conjunction with the President and document per the bylaws
(k) The Vice- President may not hold the position of Head Coach at any level in FCYF
(l) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(m)Attend all board of directors meetings
(n) Will coordinate a board member to collect money in absence of treasurer and/or executive board member
(o) Will not oversee any family members on the Executive Board
(p) Will resume the responsibilities of Sponsorship Coordinator if one is not appointed.

Secretary. Secretary shall:

(a) Be responsible for recording the activities of FCYF during board and executive meetings...
(b) Give notice by mail/email of all meetings of FCYF and the Board of Directors
(c) Will collect, organize and file all receipts, invoices and other documentation (folding file will be provided)
(d) Agenda will be submitted 2 days prior to board meeting to the president for approval and 1 day prior to the meeting to the board after approval.
(e) Submit minutes to the board within 1 week of the board meeting.
() Join a minimum of one committee
(f) Prepare an end of the year packet for the following year future board members.
(g) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(h) Prepare beginning of the year packet for incoming players with schedule, upcoming fundraiser, parent handbook etc.
(i) Attend all board of directors meetings
(j) Will not oversee any family members on the Executive Board

Treasurer. Treasurer shall:
(a)Maintain checkbook balance
(b)Submit balance at all monthly board meetings
(c)Collect all fundraising, Tshirt, Yearbook and other collection of monies
(d)Obtain 2 signatures for all amount of money collected and keep in file
(e)Deposit money as needed after league functions
(f)Cash check for referees to have on game day and distribute on game day to referees
(g)Count all concession money with President or VP
(h) Maintain accurate records of all moneys received and spent by the Association with hard copy back up.
(i)Provide a treasurer’s report to be given at each monthly meeting of the Board of Directors and the bookkeeper.
(j) Do the Association banking.
(k) Put together a Annual Budget Committee.
(l) Attend the sign-ups established for the players.
(m) Attend all board of directors meetings
(n) Will help with game day concession and fundraising functions
(o) Will not oversee any family members on the Executive Board

Registrar. Registrar shall:

(a) Operate registration sign ups and organize coaches/volunteers for equipment fittings during registrations.
(b) Collect all required documents as required by the SAFL and hand in registration monies to President or VP and the conclusion of registration events (with receipts included)
(c) Prepare head coaches and presidents book with all registrations and birth certificates,Schedule, players emergency contacts list
(d) Attend mandatory SAFL registrar’s meeting
(e) Be FCYF Representative at SAFL official weigh ins with SAFL Representative
(f) Assign jerseys numbers according to position and seniority
(g) Organize roster list to all teams head coaches and president
(h) Be Responsible for the Calendar Raffle disbursement.
(i)Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(k) Attend all board of directors meetings
(m) Will not oversee any family members on the Executive Board

Football Director. Football Director shall:
(a) Manage and oversee the Player Safety Coach and equipment manager along with all coaches.
(b) Work with Equipment manager to ensure all coaches have proper equipment at the beginning of each season (First aid, coaches bags, training equipment, coaches trainings & certifications, etc)
(c) Confirm with coaches (2 weeks before the first practice) that they meet the requirements of the SAFL and FCYF (online training, etc)
(d) Oversee all players have the appropriate equipment to the safe play of the game to include: 1) Assisting with the issue of equipment to players.
2) Check on the certification & recertification of equipment to league standards.
3) Verify that pads, helmets and mouth guards are serviceable & functional (with Equipment manager and PSC assistance).
(d) Ensure that the Minimum Play Rule of FCYF is being followed and to hold the Head Coaches accountable when standards are not met. All escalations need to follow procedures outline in the bylaws
(g) Document any non-parent incidents involving a coach and present them to the Executive Board within 24 of incident.
(h) Will update president/VP on any issues regarding coaching staff
(i) Attend all Board of Directors meetings and submit agenda items on behalf of the coaches
(j) In conjunction with the PSC, ensure that practice and game play is safe and that safe play is being taught and practiced at all times. To include but not limited to: Heads Up Tackling, Concussion Awareness and Heat & Weather Safety
(k) Will take a concussion course and will provide documentation of completion to the board.
(l) May not hold the position of Head Coach at any level in FCYF
(m) Collect all coaches’ certifications and give the VP for review.
(n) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(o)Will not oversee any family members
(p) Will resume the responsibilities of the Player Safety Coach if one is not appointed

Cheer Director. Cheer Director shall:
(a) Manage and oversee the cheer coaching staff
(b) Responsible for all administrative issues for the team coaching staff
(c) Sets a proper example for the coaching staff and provides a positive image of FCYF.
(f) Will complete and ensure coaches completion a concussion training course and provide documentation of completion to the board
(g) Will update president/VP on any issues regarding coaching staff
(h) Assist with sign ups and all cheer functions
(i) Will ensure parent/players communication as needed
(j) Submits equipment/ uniforms needed to board for approval
(k) Responsible for inventory in storage and return of equipment/coaches bags/contents at end of season
(l) May not hold the position of Head Coach at any level in FCYF
(m) Will update president/VP on any issues regarding coaching staff
(n) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(o) Attend all board of directors meetings and submit agenda on behalf of coaching staff
(p) Will not oversee any family members

Football Head Coach. Head Coach shall::
(a) The Head Coach is held accountable to the Football Director and President
(b) Responsible for all team operations/communications
(c) Responsible for all administrative issues for the team
(d) Responsible for immediate access to medical paperwork and medicine for all players during practices and games
(e) Sets a proper example for his coaching staff and provides a positive image of FCYF.
(f) Be responsible for the Coach’s bags and its entities.
(g) Complete a concussion and heads up training course. Will provide documentation to the
Football/Cheer director.
(h)Will verbalize a game day plan to the Football/Cheer director, President and Vice president If a child will not be playing the mandatory league plays or not participating in cheers. The Coach will have documentation if needed to explain lack of play EX. Missed practices, Behavior Etc.
(i)Will communicate any parent/player issues with the football director and president/VP
(j) Will have served at least 1 season as an Assistant Coach for FYCF or if coming from another League/Sport be prepared to give references.
(k) The Head Coach will pick his/her own Assistant Coaches.
(l) Will be responsible to know and follow the SAFL & FCFY Bylaws.
(m) Will not oversee any family members
(o) Cannot coach any other youth sports league during the FCYF Season.
 
Cheer Head Coach. Head Coach shall::
(a) The Head Coach is held accountable to the Cheer Director and President
(b) Responsible for all team operations/communication
(c) Responsible for immediate access to medical paperwork and medicine for all players during practices and games
(d) Sets a proper example for the asst coaching staff and provides a positive image of FCYF.
(e) Be responsible for the Coach’s bags and its entities.
(f) Complete a concussion training course. Will provide documentation to the Cheer director.
(g)Will verbalize a game day plan to the Cheer director, President and Vice president If a child will not be participating in cheers. The Coach will have documentation if needed to explain lack of participation. EX. Missed practices,
Behavior Etc.
(h)Will communicate any parent/player issues with the cheer director and president/VP
(i) Will have served at least 1 season as an Assistant Coach for FYCF or if coming from another League/Sport be prepared to give references.
(j) The Head Coach will pick his/her own Assistant Coaches.
(k) Will be responsible to know and follow the SAFL & FCFY Bylaws.
(l) Will not oversee any family members

Football Assistant Coach. Assistant coach shall:
(a) Assist head coach with what is needed in the best interest of the team
(b) Lead practice/games in the head coaches absence
(c) Report any issues to the head coach/football director/president/VP
(d) Complete a concussion training course and any training required by SAFL
(e) Attend mandatory heads up training by the Player safety coach
(f) Shall not address any referees.

Cheer Assistant Coach. Assistant coach shall:
(a) Assist head coach with what is needed in the best interest of the team
(b) Lead practice/games in the head coaches absence
(c) Report any issues to the head coach/Cheer director/president/VP
(d) Complete a concussion training course
(e) Shall not address any referees.

Player Safety Coach. Player safety coach shall:

(a) Attends heads up safety clinic yearly as mandated by the SAFL
(b) Hold Heads Up Football Clinic class the last week of July for all new coaching applicants
(c) Attends practices to oversee heads up safety is being utilized safely
(d) Oversees the safety of the players at practices and games
(e) Reports any unsafe conditions/play to the football/Cheer director
(f) Cannot hold the position of an FCYF Head Coach
(g) Can serve as the acting Football Director in the event that the director cannot be at a game.
(g) Monitor and report any suspected concussions of players and review before they return to play

Fundraising Coordinator. Fundraising Coordinator shall:
(a) Be responsible for all Planning and executing of Fundraising Events
(b) Prepare fundraising ideas submit budget to FCYF Board by April’s board meeting
(c) Coordinate volunteer assistance with Team Parent and volunteer coordinator.
(d) Schedule set up and take down for all fundraising events (or designate a committee member).
(e) Supervise Fundraising Events.
(f) Have such duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
(g) May not hold the position of Head Coach at any level in FCYF
(h) Be responsible for the T-shirt/Sweatshirt Orders - disbursement & collection
(i) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(j) Will acquire donations for raffles at fundraising events

Volunteer Coordinator .Volunteer Coordinator shall:
(a) Be responsible for all concession activates
(b) Prepare menu items and submit budget to Treasurer by February’s meeting
(c) Coordinate volunteer assistance with Team Parent
(d) Procure the necessary items and equipment consistent with the approved FCYF budget.
(e) Assure set up and take down before beginning and following games.
(f) Assume responsibility for and assure the safe disposition of FCYF owner equipment.
(g) organize, assign and Supervise Concession Volunteers.
(h) Have such duties as from time to time may be assigned by the Board of Directors.
(i) May not hold the position of Head Coach at any level in FCYF
CMT Coordinator: CMT Coordinator (Communication, Media & Technology) shall:

(a) Will update league web site regularly for schedule, fundraisers, sponsors etc..
(b) Will add pictures, game day results and news on website of league
(c) Will download player/game photos on website regularly
(d) Will manage Facebook and social media (posting practice cancellations/delays, fundraising events, game day info etc)
(e) Will email parents as needed by the league
(f) Will produce and distribute the pre-game "Friday Flyer" to hand out to parents
(g) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession

Equipment Manager. Equipment Manager shall:
(a) Maintain the equipment at the storage facility.
(b) Administrator for issuing and retrieval of equipment.
(c) Report equipment inventory to Board of Directors and makes recommendations of new purchases.
(d) Provides an equipment purchase list to the president.
(e) Maintains full inventory list of all supplies issued to coaches and players
(f) Complete end of year inventory for the next years Equipment Manager with a supply order list.
(g) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession
(h)Work closely and communicate with the player level coaching staff.
(i) Attend the sign-ups established for the players.

Member at large: (2) Board Members shall:

(a) Assist the Board Members and the Executive Board in any way that is requested.
(b) May not hold or fill in for the position of Head Coach and/or any Executive Board Member.
(c) Will help with league fundraisers and game day concession

Team Parent. Team Parent shall:

(a) Assist the Fundraising Coordinator in the organizing of volunteers for Fundraising events.
(b) Assist the Volunteer Coordinator in the organizing of volunteers at concession stand at home games.
(c) Assist the Head Coaches in the organizing of volunteers to provide Half-time Snacks, oranges, bananas etc. if head coach allows.
(d) Report to their Team Board Member Representative with any concerns/problems to go back to the board of directors.
(e) Assists head coach in communication with parents via email
